Medical Kit

Typhoid is not present in Nepal. Malaria is present however in Nepal but is mainly confined to the south around the Terai region however consult local travel doctor to confirm this.
Ensure that you bring a good medical kit; your travel doctor can advise you what to take. Most medicines are available in Kathmandu but it is advisable to have your own supplies.
